A LETTER TO YOU, FROM DEAF WOMEN’S NATIONAL TEAM PLAYER, EMILY SPREEMAN

I’ve been a part of the USDeafWNT since I was 12 years old. My dad saw a small clipping in the newspaper saying they were having tryouts for the Deaf National Team in Salt Lake City. The event was a tryout for the Deaflympics in Australia in 2005.

The USDWNT recently won the Deaf World Cup, where I received the honor of golden ball and golden boot of the tournament, and all that wouldn’t have been possible if I didn’t have your support! It’s always an honor to represent and wear the crest. It is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Your donation goes beyond just the US Deaf Women’s National Team, it extends to all 9 of our ENTs and to initiatives like ADAPTandTHRIVE which are focused on youth empowerment, leadership, awareness raising, and opportunity creation for the disability community.

To learn more about ENTs and our Giving Tuesday campaign, please visit our website and consider donating to our campaign on Tuesday, November 28 to help us meet our goal of raising $85,000 by the end of the day.

Thank you again for supporting U.S. Soccer and our ENTs!
